Vulcano Design’s ‘STONE FLUTE’ mosaic collection available in Carrara C, Verdi Cristallo and New York quartzite from Brazil. The surfaces are honed giving them an evenness where shadows enhance the 3D form. Flutes in Architecture first appeared in Ancient Egypt & Greece where they showed to be an elegant element creating simple repetition with light and shade.
